Dexit is safe and secure. Personal financial information isn’t stored on your Dexit tag and you control the amount of cash in your Dexit account. In fact, if your tag is lost or stolen, simply call 1.877.DEXIT4U (1.877.339.4848) to deactivate it.
Your Dexit tag has numerous security features:
- Your Dexit account information is password–protected.
- If your tag is lost or stolen, simply call 1.877.DEXIT4U (1.877.339.4848) or LOGIN here and let us know. The funds in
your Dexit account will be suspended and a new tag, giving you renewed access to suspended funds, will be sent to you in 7 – 10 business days.
- Please note that you are responsible for any spending that occurs (up to $100 per day) before you report your tag lost or stolen.
