You are "REGISTERED" if you have already provided your personal information and account preferences to Dexit.
CLICK HERE to submit your name, mailing address, contact information and Dexit tag number (16 digits) OR Dexit account number (9 digits) in the online form to initiate the refund process.
Once we receive your request, your Dexit account will be closed and a refund will be issued to you. Please note that all refunds will be made by cheque and only made out to the person who is listed as the account holder — to verify your personal profile information LOGIN to your Dexit account. It may take 4–6 weeks to receive your refund.
